Can you return the product?

Of course! We have a ‘no questions asked’ return policy. If you are dissatisfied with the product, please contact us to get it right for you, or you can choose to return it and order the another product of your choice. Kindly ensure that the garment has original tags and is unused, unwashed and undamaged. Use The August Co. packaging to safeguard garments from damage during shipment.

What is the return period?

The return process should be triggered within 7 days of receiving the product. Our team will get in touch with you to setup time for pick-up. The pick-up time should be allocated within 7 days of logging the return for the request to be processed.

Please follow these steps:

  • Log into your The August Co. account
  • Go to ‘Orders’
  • Select the order that you want to return
  • State the reason of return. You can also choose to attach a picture in case of product damage.

Your job is done! In case you have purchased the product without registering on our website, please contact us at care@theaugustco.com to process your returns.

Please ensure that the garment has original tags and is unused, unwashed and undamaged. Use The August Co. packaging to ensure that garments are not damaged during shipment. Our team will now get in touch with you to setup a pick up time. Refund will be initiated within 10 business days of the product pick-up, provided the product is not used, washed or damaged.

How will you get your money?

Full amount will be sent back into your initial payment mode (credit card, bank account etc).

When will you get your money?

Money will be reflected in your initial payment mode within 10 days, after we approve the return process.
