Do you need an account with us for purchase?

We’ve made the registration process extremely simple for you. Apart from giving the mandatory details like email ID, address etc, you just need to put in a password to create an account with us. Just a text field! It’s as simple as that! You can also choose to use your existing Google or Facebook account to create an account with us.

We’re working to get your favourite product back in stock. Please add your email ID to the “Notify Me” option on the product page, and we will send you an email as soon as the product is back in stock.

How does the referral system work?

When you register with TheAugustCo., you will get a unique referral code. Share this code with your colleagues, friends and family. They get INR 200 in their account, and after they make their first purchase on TheAugustCo., you get INR 200 in your account.

Are there any additional charges?

There are no hidden charges on TheAugustCo. website. All the prices displayed on the website are inclusive of taxes etc. You pay what you see.

How can you pay for the order?

We accept all types of online payments like credit card, debit card, net banking, wallets and PayTM. You can choose your desired mode of payment from the payments page during checkout.

Do we offer COD (cash on delivery)?

Why have you not received your order confirmation email?

We have sent the order confirmation email to your registered email ID. Kindly check the Junk/Spam folders and move the email to Inbox. You can also check ‘Orders’ section in your profile on TheAugustCo. website. Here you will be able to see all your previous orders as well.

When will the referral points be loaded to your account?

It takes up to 24 hours for the referral points to be reflected in your account. In case you don’t get credit within 24 hours, please email us on care@theaugustco.com.
