Comfortable work-wear for Indian women, no problem!
The August Co., is office clothing by women and for women. We believe in women and the power that they wield. When women work together, societies progress. Indian market is flooded with clothing that does not fit well on Indian curvy bodies. It is difficult to find work-wear customised to Indian bodies, being between a size (S is too small and M is too big). We have worked on fits and sizes that will make you feel comfortable and good about yourself. One can select size for different height, and also different body measurements. We bring 20 different sizes to look the best version of yourself.
Quality & Fits
We have all grown up seeing our moms adorning beautiful sarees made with only the best fabric. So why can’t our office-wear be made of the best fabrics? At The August Co., we use only the best and non-transparent fabrics. You don’t need to add that additional layer that you hate! We have re-worked the button placement to eradicate the button gape problem. All our shirts/blouses fit well on the chest, and all our bottoms sit well on the hips. Be sure to choose the correct size from the size chart but fret not if you need a different size. We have a super flexible ‘no questions asked’ return policy.
We care for you
We believe that any garment is a gift for you. It is something that you will treasure. It is a small, yet a valuable investment in yourself. Therefore, your clothes are tailored using the best materials so that the garment looks the same even after years of use. We believe in sustainable & slow fashion and use only premium quality fabrics that are soft and gentle on your skin. Most of our fabrics are stretchable to give you the best fit. We pay high attention to not only stitching, but also threads, trims and accessories used, to make the garment feel like your second skin.
You can wear our clothes to your board meeting with panache, and also be chic at after office parties. We pack every garment with love and want you to feel special when you open it. It's our way of thanking you for inspiring us.
Help the underprivileged
As you wear our clothes, you also become involved in educating underprivileged girls, as a share of your spending goes to NGOs that fund education for disadvantaged girls.
Educate a woman, and you educate a nation.
