Do you have to pay for shipping?

Do we ship at your pincode?

We are hoping we do, for we ship to most of the pin codes within India. In case of any special deliveries, please get in touch with us at care@theaugustco.com. We’ll try our best to ensure your favourite product reaches you!

When will the order reach you?

With our delivery partner FedEx, it will take 4-5 working days from the date of purchase for the product to reach major cities and 7-8 working days to reach other places.

Can we expedite the delivery for you?

Of course we can! Please reach out to us at care@theaugustco.com and depending on the availability, we’ll send you an express delivery.

Can we ship to international locations?

We’re working on it. Meanwhile, write to us at care@theaugustco.com and we’ll do our best to have the product delivered at your doorstep. The delivery charges will be passed on to you as per actuals.

How can you track your order?
